KTOA supports the project to systematically maintain power and communication lines (aerial cables) installed for the purpose of providing broadcast, communication, and electricity services to improve urban aesthetics and prevent safety accidents.
KTOA supports the establishment of annual aerial cable maintenance plan in accordance with Article 35-2 (Duties to maintain aerial cables) and the "Mid- to Long-Term Comprehensive Plan for Aerial Cable Maintenance (December 23, 2015, jointly by the Office of Government Policy Coordination, Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy, and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transportation).
Support for the management of aerial cable maintenance projects, including establishment of
annual maintenance plans
Support and operation of aerial cable maintenance committees (councils, working groups, etc.)
Collaboration with related organizations (maintenance project briefings, meetings, etc.) and on-site support
Reception and processing of public cable maintenance complaints
